In 1994 Harvey Phillips invited Arnold Jacobs to speak at the Celebration of the Tuba at Indiana University. Here is a clip from that event:
He calls Harvey Phillips a genius. There are only two others that I ever heard Mr Jacobs refer to this way - Leopold Stokowski and Leonard Bernstein!
