The simplest breathing tools! A combination of a 3” breathing tube and a plastic bag. Both Arnold Jacobs and Ed Kleinhammer used the tube in masterclasses to demonstrate to students the freedom of motion breathing. Use the tube along with a bag, the inhalation/exhalation cycle exchanges carbon dioxide to help avaid hyperventilation – these can be used individually or together. Each bag contains 12 tubes and 12 plastic bags – a great first tool for teaching breathing!
